- Valid CDL-A
- 1 Year of recent tractor trailer verifiable driving experience
- No more than 1 moving violations in the previous 1 years
- Not cited for a D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 1 years
- No serious offenses in the previous 2 years or pattern of unsafe practices
- No DUI
